Introducing Wonder Wheels!
Our Exceptional Pilot Program to Enhance Resilience for Children in the North of Israel

Impact the Present:  The Wonder Wheels Program

A pioneering and healing mobile museum unit responding to the urgent need to support children affected by the war in the North of Israel. It will launch the offsite educational program of the future campus and serve the children in the North for years to come!
The Importance and Impact of the Wonder Wheels program:
Children in northern Israel, have faced immense stress and trauma following the events of October 7th. Wonder Wheels is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at addressing these challenges by providing therapeutic STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) experiences tailored to the unique needs of these children.
This mobile museum unit is more than an activity—it is a proof of concept that creative play and hands-on engagement can offer profound emotional and psychological benefits. It’s a beacon of hope for the region’s youth, setting the stage for a transformative program capable of reaching thousands of children in under-resourced and remote communities.
Our Wonder Wheels will run year-round, offering hands-on, therapeutic STEAM experiences to 10,000 children in remote and under resourced communities, with a focus on creative thinking, strengthening coping mechanisms, enhancing resilience and reducing stress.

How Does Wonder Wheels Work?

Our Strategy
Wonder Wheels is a pioneering program that addresses children's urgent mental health needs by introducing creative play and healing through tailored therapeutic support.

How it Works
The mobile Wonder Wheels unit is fully equipped with 3D printers, laser cutters, design tools, and resources for various STEAM projects. It will operate year-round and is adaptable for all seasons and weather conditions.
Under the direction of leading trauma expert Dr. Mooli Lahad, we have developed a curriculum that promotes emotional resilience, instills hope, and builds self-confidence.

Key program elements include:
  • Guided play for emotional resilience through activities designed to foster emotional processing and coping.
  • Creative hands-on experiences that empower children to express themselves and instill self-confidence
and a sense of accomplishment.
  • A nurturing environment where they can step away from stress and reconnect with a sense of normalcy and community connection.

Each visit is tailored to meet the children in their environments – schools, shelters, parks, and community
centers – providing them with essential tools for resilience.
